01 · DATA AND STORAGE
Core practice data — BPM, meter, sounds, appearance, timer sessions, plans, diary notes, moods, Jar entries, reminder settings, and history — stays on your device. On-device personalization can use the practice date or month, duration, session totals, BPM, mood, diary text, and piece names that you choose. Generated results are saved only on your device. Apple processes Piece Studio purchases through StoreKit, and Conomi never receives card details.
02 · ON-DEVICE PERSONALIZATION
Conomi composes practice plans, journal suggestions, daily posters, and monthly portraits directly on your iPhone. You choose whether mood, diary text, or piece names are included. Conomi does not send audio, recordings, contacts, reminders, payment information, microphone input, or your photo library to a generation service. Personalized writing can be imperfect; durations, session counts, BPM, and dates remain facts from your local records.
03 · RETENTION AND CHOICES
Local practice data and generated drafts remain on your device until you change them or remove the app data. Conomi version 1 has no account and no Conomi cloud diary or poster archive. To leave mood, diary text, or piece names out of a result, turn off those choices before generating. The metronome, timers, diary, Jar, reminders, plans, and local posters work without a generation server. StoreKit purchase and restore require Apple’s service.
04 · DEVICE FEATURES
Sharing happens only after you tap Share and choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Practice reminders are local notifications scheduled by iOS; Conomi does not run a push-notification server. Metronome audio is generated for playback, and version 1 does not record or upload microphone audio. Piece Studio uses Apple StoreKit for billing, refunds, purchase history, and verified entitlement.
05 · APPLE SERVICES
Conomi does not sell personal information or share data for advertising. Apple provides StoreKit purchases, local notifications, the iOS share sheet, and optional device backup. Conomi does not use a third-party AI provider, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or account-profile service. Conomi does not ask for a name, email, date of birth, or account profile.
06 · UPDATES AND CONTACT
If Conomi adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, network-based generation, or a new category of data use, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that behavior ships. For privacy or data-use questions, contact Conomi support at xi.yin904@gmail.com.
